Gibsons Art Studios started in 2018 with four artists who opened their art studios for a mini-Art Crawl over the 2018 Gibsons Jazz Festival weekend. Visitors appreciated the smaller footprint of the art open studio walk. It was a very successful event and in 2019, they grew to nine artists, all within walking distance of Lower Gibsons.

Covid set us all back but we look forward to future pop-up events.

HOW TO GET HERE

BC Ferries from West Vancouver’s Horseshoe Bay to Langdale then a 7 minute drive to Lower Gibsons by car or bus.

Fly to Sechelt and come on down from there.

By boat, come and drop anchor or tie up in Gibsons Harbour or Gibsons Marina and enjoy some oysters at Smitty’s Oyster House on the water before heading home.
